Polite Paradise

My rule is that if I'm not reading it for work purposes, the book generally gets fifty pages to hook me. If it hasn't, back on the shelf it goes, or back to the library- it's rare these days that I buy something I haven't already read and want to reread.

My other rule is that if I put it down for more than two days, I'm done with it.
