Title: No Go Up button?

There used to be a button that would let you jump back up to the top of the page but I'm not seeing it. I could have sworn it was there before the design change but it could also be the boards are all meshing together in my brain. Oh well - feel free to tell me it was never there at all and I'll keep just hitting the home button on my keyboard. :D

The up and down buttons would definitely be handy, if it is possible to make that change.
