Sorry, but, (no offense), that's ridiculous. I dealt with that with my own mother. She was a loving, caring person all her life, but dementia turned her into a completely different person.

Thanks to all that replied. The company that I selected is well known (not an independent).

The boss indicated that it will take an entire day for 3 people. I will tip accordingly.

As a Senior with mobility issues, I have decided to hire home cleaners. I know this is hard work and I feel a tip should be given to the cleaners.

What is a reasonable tip for two people for about 3 - 4 hours of work?

Please don't derail this topic by turning into a pro-tipping / anti-tipping discussion.
